In their search for an all-encompassing studio space in the Philadelphia area to record and live stream their educational events, they came across MNYK Studios. Equally accessible from their Malvern and New Jersey offices, MNYK Studios stood out as the perfect space to both capture pre-recorded content, and stream live broadcasts to their audiences.

World Bipolar Day: Educational Green Screen Video
One of MNYK Studios’ many areas of expertise is high-key green screen videos. Each year, World Bipolar Day is acknowledged on March 30th, and in order for our biopharmaceutical client, Abbvie, to help bring global awareness to the disorder and help eliminate stigma, their medical director spent a half day in our studio recording a presentation in front of our green screen "office setting." In post-production editing, we inserted his slides in a picture-in-picture format for a seamless end deliverable.
Great Debates + Updates: Medical Roundtable Discussion
Capturing roundtable discussions can be difficult to do in an engaging way. That’s why HMP Global chose MNYK Studios to host their Great Debates & Updates event, complete with a set we built specifically for a natural and conversational feel. Three doctors were filmed in two separate sessions discussing the topic of Oncology Pharmacy. Utilizing multiple camera angles helped to make the video more captivating for the audience, and ensuring every angle has a dedicated confidence monitor and slides for presenters to reference guarantees your talent is always looking down the lens.
IAS: Multi-Set, Multi-Day Live Broadcast
MNYK Studios worked closely with HMP Global to make their Interdisciplinary Autoimmune Summit (IAS) a success. IAS, which is designed to bring together multi-specialty experts to think outside the box and improve patient care, was fully virtual this year and MNYK Studios managed the first two days of the event. Weeks of pre-production planning, collaborative set builds and technical run-throughs allowed for an elevated broadcast experience streamed live from our studio direct to end users. For this event, the MNYK team covered every base from hair and makeup services to day-of catering logistics, plus offered the HMP team full access to our neighboring agency’s office space throughout the event.
Oncology Learning Network Roundtable:
In-studio host with remote guests
MNYK Studios hosted an oncology roundtable as part of HMP Global’s Oncology Learning Network. Since the guests were all busy working MDs practicing all over the United States, we decided to have them join virtually!
Seemless communication is key for roundtable discussions. We made sure that the host could see and speak directly to each guest and everyone could see their notes and talking points. Careful monitor placement made it feel like they were in the same room together.
Migraine360
One of HMP Global's newest portfolio brands, Migraine360, relied on MNYK Studios to produce their first event. Producing a mix of presentations and discussion pieces, four doctors recorded their content over a full day session. Our team ran three simultaneous sets for this production to accomplish most efficiently and effectively. Two doctors recorded their long-form presentation content, while their two counterparts recorded their discussion segment. After a lunch break, everyone switched. This content will be used as a day-long educational seminar throughout the remainder of 2022.
Injectafer Infusion
After multiple successful in-studio events with HMP, the MNYK Studios crew was asked to fly to Kentucky to support an on-site shoot for HMP Global + DSI's Injectafer prescription medication. The final 6-minute informative video intended for patients gave an overview of the drug, how it's used, as well as what patients can expect from an infusion center where the drug is administered. The MNYK Studios team secured the talent, and managed all production + editing of the final video, which included footage of real medical professionals and actors, shots of the infusion center, plus on-screen graphics.
