Studio Roundtable with Remote Guests

MNYK Studios hosted an oncology roundtable as part of HMP Global’s Oncology Learning Network. Since the guests were all busy working MDs practicing all over the United States, we decided to have them join virtually! We mailed webcam flight kits to the guests ensuring each had clear video and great audio and designed the in-studio set around a picture-in-picture layout.

Seemless communication is key for roundtable discussions. We made sure that the host could see and speak directly to each guest and everyone could see their notes and talking points. Careful monitor placement made it feel like they were in the same room together.
